The article deals with the issues of reducing entrepreneurial risks in leasing companies of the Kyrgyz Republic in a market economy, clarified their theoretical and practical provisions. Based on the results of the study of the essence and mechanisms of entrepreneurial risks, it is proposed to use the hedging method as a tool to reduce entrepreneurial risks in the practice of leasing companies.
