In the conditions of chemical production and machinery intensive forming of aero-dispersive particles is occurs impact of which may cause a number of negative results. One of the main sources of forming of aero-dispersive systems are lubricating cooling liquids. Mathematical description of movement path of aero-dispersive particle have been described. By using of technological complex laboratory investigations of determination of aero-dispersive particles characteristic have been carried out. Velocity of moving of particle in are have been determined by using of portion classifier developed by authors.
