The purpose of the work is to determine the basic conditions for reducing risks in the entrepreneur’s operational activities under the conditions of sanctions restrictions, identify problematic issues and identify ways and directions for their solution. The methodological basis of this work is general scientific methods of cognition of legal phenomena, such as synthesis, the method of analogy, formal logic, the comparative legal method, and others, as well as specific scientific methods for studying risk reduction in operational activities when conducting business. Operational activities in business, as they include interaction with suppliers and customers, product creation, purchase of software, necessary resources, product sales and monetary settlements. In this regard, in addition to studying sanctions restrictions and domestic counter-sanctions provisions, as well as the application of anti-sanctions clauses, commercial organizations must take into account existing conditions in terms of the availability of suppliers of necessary products and services on the market. The significance of the work lies in the fact that it contains conclusions aimed at improving legislation while reducing operational risks.
