By means of computer solid-state three-dimensional finite-element modeling the thermal condition of directing precision interface of a needle and the case of spray is certain. Perfection of spray of type DLA design possessing the rigid case and concerning a short needle, for realization raised (up to 200 MPa) pressure of fuel injection is reached by changing of geometrical parameters of a needle and use age of local cooling elements. The expediency of modifying of directing interface to preservation of overall dimensions of the case of spray is proved.
