Reducing trade restrictions on exports of Russian goods: customs aspect

The article is devoted to the issues of methodical support of the state for the entry of Russian goods into international markets in the conditions of restrictive measures, and the promotion of export development in the Russian Federation. The classification of barriers according to the theory of M. Porter was introduced. An analysis of the foreign trade turnover of the Russian Federation in 2020 was carried out. As an organizational and methodological support to the state at the exit of Russian producers, the program of the Russian export center was considered, which contributes to increasing the competitive position of Russian manufacturers in international markets. The commodity structure of Russian exports in 2021 is given. It was concluded that the risks in the activities of the customs service were increased; developed recommendations to identify and eliminate restrictions in the trade policy of foreign countries that negatively affect the access of Russian products.
