The features of an interview in the selection of personnel for an IT company are investigated. The goals and objectives of the interview, the general rules of the interview. Particular attention is paid to the technology of interviewing in a particular company, which consists in developing a certain sequence of questions from the employer to the candidate for the position, taking into account the internal policy of the enterprise. The conclusion is made about the need for an interview, as the most important moment in the process of hiring a new employee.
