Compliance with and protection of the rights of medical workers to insurance payments: problems of implementation (on the example of Vladimir region)

This article is devoted to the problems of non-compliance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts, as well as compliance with the volume and timeliness of salary payments to medical workers. The author of the article specifies the concept of wages and the procedure for their guarantee by the state. The paper describes methods of implementing state policy to support and encourage medical personnel for special working conditions and additional workload during the COVID-19 period on the example of the Vladimir region. The problems raised the issues of incentive payments, in connection with the current situation caused by coronavirus infections. The statistics of detected violations are analyzed, the facts of Prosecutor’s response are determined, and the results of law enforcement agencies’ work are revealed.
