Observance of the rights of citizens to receive free quality medical care under the program of compulsory medical insurance in Izhevsk

Until now, the majority of the population of the Russian Federation are not informed about their rights in the MHI program and its advantages, as a result, the MHI program can not function fully until the competence of the population reaches the maximum level. In this article the following questions are considered: what is the attitude of the population of Izhevsk to the program of compulsory medical insurance, what is the awareness of the medical services provided under this program; also the assessment of the quality of medical services under the MHI program is presented.
