On the issue of compliance with the rules of judicial notification of persons participating in the case

Based on the analysis of court rulings, the article shows some problems of the practice of applying by courts the norms governing the rules of court calls and notices in civil proceedings. The authors focus on the analysis of the arguments that guided the Court of Cassation, making decisions on improper notification by lower courts of the defendant about the time and place of the court session or the commission of certain procedural actions through the services of a postal organization.
