Objective. Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Dynamic Computer Pharmacocavernosography (DCCF) in Venogenic Erectile dysfunction (VED) and subsequent planning of treatment. Materials and methods ofresearch. Multispiralcomputed tomography was used to diagnose VED, followed by 3D - modeling of tomograms. The study was carried out as part of a comprehensive diagnosis of 51 VED patients. The study was conducted on the computer tomograph "Aqulion PRIME," by Toshiba (Japan) under the Pelvis HCT Native protocol; 120 KV; 60 mA; Rot. Time 0.5with subsequent processing of the obtained datawith simulation (MPR and 3D reconstruction).Average age of patients- 30.7±6.7 years. At the initial stage the scanning was performed in native mode, then the intracavernous injection of alprostadil was performed. And after the erection was achieved, a contrast agent (yogexol 10 ml) diluted in 40 ml of normal saline. When half the volume ofcontrast substance was administered, the scanning resumed, atheritscompletion was administered Remaining volume ofcontrast agent...
