Own warehouse or fulfillment: decision-making factors

This study is devoted to comparing the system of own warehouses and fulfillment as forms of organization of storage of inventories and finished products by identifying organizational factors that can influence decision-making. Within the framework of the article, the theoretical foundations of fulfillment and its main varieties are considered, as well as the main risks of its use are considered. The conducted research allows us to note that own warehouses are more acceptable for large companies, which need to control the delivery time, while fulfillment is optimal for small enterprises.
