Importance of innovative event does by its limiting, universal measure, a reference point under the relation to all elements and subsystems of innovative process. Management of innovative process is impossible without this aiming at event of an innovation and, accordingly, in the theory of management of innovations this category, in our opinion, should take a worthy place.
