Events in hotel: features of development and organization

The article describes the features of the development and organization of events in the hotel complex. The authors identify the main advantages, challenges and problems faced by hoteliers in the organization of these events, as well as proposed measures to increase "sales" for event events. The article notes that in the fierce competition to organize events hotel company is essential to maintain competitiveness, and entertainment activity is considered as a process of improving the quality of hotel services.
