And correctly, this article deals with the problem of organizing event marketing for young people as a special socio cultural activity. Event marketing is analyzed as a factor infl uencing the cultural, spiritual and moral development of young people. The main directions of promotion of events, joint activities of event organizers and public relations (PR) specialists are presented. The infl uence of musical culture on youth is considered, the concept and role of the music industry in the youth environment is revealed. The signifi cance of the target audience is determined, its classifi cation is presented. The basic structure of the advertising strategy in the organization of event marketing is revealed. The main eff ective organizational abilities of event marketing managers for young people are determined.
