Combination of cognitive dysfunction, sleep disorders and emotional disorders in patients with ischemic heart disease

In the past two decades, the incidence and prevalence of chronic heart failure are increasing steadily. Cardiovascular diseases are one of the leading risk factors for the development of cognitive impairment. In turn, cognitive impairment, depressive disorders and sleep disorders are independent risk factors for the development of diseases of the circulatory system. The article provides an overview of the data demonstrating the comorbidity of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular pathology, as well as the possibility of correcting neurological disorders in cardiac patients with the aim of better rehabilitation of patients.
