Сочетанная патология у детей с аноректальными пороками развития

Данное исследование основано на анализе сочетанной патологии у детей с аноректальными пороками (АРП). Были исследованы 134 ребенка с АРП, оперированные в клинике детской хирургии Саратовского государственного медицинского университета в период с 1988 по 2006 гг. Наиболее частыми сочетанными аномалиями являлись патология мочеполовой системы, позвоночника и спинного мозга, сердца. Особое внимание следует уделять пациентам с высокими формами аноректальной агенезии и с бессвищевыми её вариантами.
