In the history of humanity, the philosophical views emerged at the stage of development have created the notion of supreme values that have a great impact on the formation of a perfect man in society and the development of his spiritual world outlook. The idea and system of the national program differs significantly from the usual pedagogical interpretation and discloses deep, social and personal learning values of education. Ethical and aesthetic values are shaped by changes in society, with people's relationship to history from the present to the present. At the same time, values create the basis of a modern-day personality in their own development, through the development of advanced social relations, new social values and social climate in general.
The basic necessity of society development is to study axiological problems, to address ethical and aesthetic national and universal values, to spiritual problems of a person. The fact is, however, that the values are just a link that connects the past and the future.
Ethical and aesthetic value directly affects the professional development of an individual and directly affects the individual's personality.
From the point of view of philosophical values values of objects of value relations are reflected in human activities, social relations and natural phenomena entering into them. They can be evaluated in terms of goodness and evil, truth and injustice, beauty and slander, authorization or prohibition, just and unjust.
There are two critical processes in the society that are continuous and parallel to each other. These are the creation of new values and the transfer of cultural heritage from one generation to another. The problem of transferring cultural heritage is complicated by the fact that the scope of society's activity is as large as the size of the accumulated cultural heritage.
It should be noted that in the conditions of independence, Uzbekistan has been able to choose its own independent path for the development of the spiritual, social sphere, in particular the upbringing of the younger generation, which is based on the rich, cultural and historical traditions of the people and universal values.
Today self-awareness is not the result of a natural revival of a person in culture. He sees himself as the creative power of a person, as a result of the strengthening of existence, as a protection against hidden manipulation in the context of a socio-cultural crisis.
The renewed society creates a new relationship between its members, based on mutual co-operation, cooperation, tolerance, mutual aid. These values of social relations must be reflected in the process of upbringing harmoniously developed generation. Therefore, interaction in authoritarian pedagogy, ie collaboration, is a relevant and important subject of interaction between the teacher and the pupil, as well as the attitudes of younger generations to the future through the active behavior of adults.
According to the philosophical approach, in the upbringing of the individual, the teacher is attentive and loving towards the children, and when the students have the opportunity to practice their abilities and interests, mutual understanding is reached. Once the conflict and struggle have been exhausted, it becomes apparent when children start listening to adults' counsel. In any case, the teacher becomes a true friend in solving difficult tasks in reading or living issues.
Conducting a comprehensive understanding of the abilities and talents of the younger generation, satisfying national and universal ideals, harmonizing the relationships between individuals, society and the environment, respect for the relationship between the traditional teacher and student, the teacher and the reader - , are the main directions of humanization education.
From a philosophical point of view, the development of personality is not comparable to the standard. That is why a pedagogue creates conditions for achieving a common goal by enhancing individual creative victories for the development of children or by maximizing the potential of each student.
In accordance with the definition of strong social policy, the first President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov is taking steps to protect and support the vulnerable population in a difficult transition period. As a result, in society there will be values of kindness, mutual support and support based on centuries-old folk traditions and customs, protection of the needy, and development.
These values must be integrated into the structure of the system and its contents on the basis of principles of mutual understanding of older and younger generation. The same situation should be reflected in the teacher's ability to come to the aid of the difficult situation in difficult situations. This can be done by creating a framework for moral protection against depression and possible social crises philosophically, the concept of humanism, personality, personality development, and self-development transforms the idea of socialization. Socialization - bringing young people into the life of the society on the basis of democratic principles of collaborative activity - is to imagine and secure all major rights and obligations in society. It is in this case that the development and development of socio-cultural values are in place. New social values require the creation of conditions for the implementation of modern, continuing and continuing education and vocational programs, advanced pedagogical and information technologies aimed at meeting the needs of the individual, state and society. philosophical views on the formation of all sciences in the basis of rich, intellectual, spiritual and moral heritage of the people, ethical and aesthetic universal values, science, technology, technology and culture. By acquiring self-esteem in the world and in the world, the individual will have the opportunity to find a place in the system of social relations, to express himself, and to compare himself with others, society, and the world.
