This paper is devoted to the peculiarities of individual political terror conducted by one of the most radical political parties of Russia in the late XIX-early XX century that was socialist-revolutionary party (SR) - SRP. The study of psychological motives of SR-terrorists, the evolution of their ideology suggests reasons for their “popularity” among the population of the Russian Empire, which led to the success of their terroristic activity and allowed attracting more new supporters into the party.
