Socialization of older children in the conditions of the center for promotion of family education

The author of this article believes that the socialization of older children is still quite an urgent and acute problem. In particular, it is important to note that the activities of the Center for the promotion of family education are related to the socialization of such categories of children as children left without parental care and orphans. In addition, the issue of socialization directly depends on the changes that take place in the social life of our state. In turn, socialization should be understood - the process of becoming an individual, which is associated with the gradual assimilation of the requirements of society, and with the acquisition of socially significant characteristics of behavior and consciousness that regulate the relationship between the individual and society.
