Social activity in the context of psychological and pedagogical structure of the personality

The article discusses questions of social activity of a contemporary person, which development level determines the success of an individual and the society in general. Basing upon the psychological and pedagogical structure of the personality, the author describes the social activity phenomenon. The paper considers the indicators of community-minded personality development: degree of mental processes development, degree of self-awareness, focus of social orientation, efficient use of personal aptitudes and abilities in the process of participating in various activities, quantitative and qualitative indicators of activities, motivations prompting to be active and interact with the social environment, and others.
