Social security of the individual and the problem of responsible behavior in modern conditions

This article focuses on highlighting the essence of social security of the individual and the importance of responsible behavior of the individual to ensure the safety of society. Social security is a new term that designates significant guidelines for ensuring the stability and comfort of modern human life. The social security of an individual consists of respect for human rights, providing it with the necessary components: food, medical care, legal support and protection of rights, indicated in normative legal acts. The lack of responsible behavior in HIV-infected people leads to criminal liability. A carrier of HIV infection is obliged to respect the rights of human health protection.
