Бесплатный доступ

Human potential is becoming one of the main resources for the innovative development of modern enterprises and organizations. At the same time, according to research data, such characteristics of social and labor relations are recorded as their tension, dissatisfaction of employees with the nature and content of work, incentive conditions, and opportunities for self-realization. The listed aspects as manifestations of social bifurcation, according to the authors, are associated with regressive trends in management activities that do not correspond to the logic of the development of social relations and lose attention to social expectations and social actions of individuals. Based on survey data and expert assessments, the article examines the characteristics of social bifurcation as a contradiction between the socio-professional expectations of employees and established management decisions, and develops potential directions for overcoming this problem in the activities of researchers and practitioners.
