Social sensibility and the educational process at the university: challenges of digital reality

The article refers to the edication as a complex multi-level process, which necessarily includes the co-presence of a person with other people in a common space and time. The development of digital reality entails changes in one of the components of the educational process - the sensory experience lived socially. The historical forms of the common space of sensory experience are considered on the examples of Plato's Academy, medieval and classical universities. The features of sensory experience in the digital environment are highlighted and strategies for working in conditions of affected sensuality are outlined.
