Social and legal protection of prosecutors' office employees in the Russian Federation

This article provides a comprehensive study of the social and legal protection system for employees of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation. The paper analyzes the legal regulations governing the status of prosecutors, examines the problems of implementing social guarantees and legal protection. The study explores the features of pension provision, housing guarantees, medical services, and other social benefits. Special attention is paid to the legal protection of prosecutors from encroachments related to their professional activities. The article presents a comparative analysis of social guarantees for employees of the Russian Prosecutor's Office in comparison with similar guarantees for employees of other law enforcement agencies. The author identifies problems in the current legislation and suggests ways to improve the system of social and legal protection for prosecutors.
