Social infrastructure of arctic cities of Northern Europe and the Russian Federation

At present, the Russian Arctic is receiving exceptional attention and is playing a major role in the country’s GDP. In this context, it is obvious that the development and effective functioning of social infrastructure facilities is an important condition for improving the standard of living and quality of life for the population of the Arctic region and the polar cities. The article is devoted to the comparison of the social infrastructure of Arctic cities of Northern Europe and the Russian Federation and the study of foreign experience.
