Social engineering in the system of ensuring domestic import independence from foreign means of information technologies: ethical aspect

The paper examines the problem of increasing the efficiency of ensuring domestic import independence from foreign information technologies by the forces and means of ethical social engineering in conditions of uncertainty of a complex of threats and dangers; substantiates the theoretical development of the problem; argues the need for import independence in the field of independenceformational safety and its provision by means of ethical social engineering; the content of the regulatory legal support for the process of ensuring import independence is presented; the opinions and moods of managerial personnel in the context of an effective solution to the problem of import independence in Russia are studied; the results of an expert survey are shown; arguments for achieving the goal of ensuring import independence in the information communication sphere are presented; the main ways of improving the security system are determined import independence based on the ethics of social engineering.
