The social effectiveness of law

The article outlines the category of social effectiveness of law. It is noted that the law is socially effective when it reflects the existing condition of society and contributes to its progressive development; creates conditions for the realization of the fundamental human aspirations to freedom and happiness, the disclosure of his abilities, justice and comprehension of truth; achieves socially significant goals; meets the legal expectations of people; promotes the development of legal awareness and legal culture, the formation and development of citizens’ positive legal feelings, acceptance the rule of law.
