Social efficiency of municipal projects management

The efficiency of municipal projects management should be assessed not only by economic or administrative-functional, but also by social criterion. Two groups of social indicators were identified and considered: objective (improving the quality of working life, promoting professional and service growth) and subjective (job satisfaction). According to the results of a selective sociological survey of municipal employees of the Belgorod Region, the overwhelming majority of them have the work performed that corresponds to their abilities. The level of satisfaction of municipal employees with their participation in project activities is assessed as “not high enough”. The level of social efficiency of project activities is influenced by many factors that are ranked according to the degree of effectiveness: social and professional factors, external factors, social and personal factors.
