Social economy and economic law

The article examines the essence of the phenomenon of «social economy», traditional and innovative approaches to solving the problem of legal support of the social economy. To systematize this phenomenon, classification features are proposed that meet various criteria. When classifying by subject composition, attention is paid to the social group«pensioners», who are subject to various types of benefits. The conclusion is made that today the regulation of the social economy is expedient within the framework of economic law.
