Social expertise as a tool of social management

The paper considers the problems and peculiarities of social management in a modern social state. The essence, content and key types of social technologies applied in social management are identified. It is noted that it is necessary to adopt new management technologies, such as a social expertise, in the context of changed social and economic conditions. The study discusses features of application of the basic models of such an expertise: review, project and monitoring. It is underlined that in the process of planning and practical implementation of social policy aimed at development of the country as a whole and its individual subjects, it is important to take into account the views of experts representing various spheres of society’s activities regarding a social object or a process, as well as the trends of society’s development and necessary management decisions in the context of priority vectors of society’s development.
