Social mission of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the principles of their functioning

The article is devoted to the analysis of the mission of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the fundamental principles of their functioning. Revealing the features of the legal regulation of the Kazakh model of the noted structural formation of a law enforcement institution, the author pays special attention to specifying the principles of the activities of the internal affairs bodies of a foreign state, while focusing on the unique approach of the Kazakh legislator to the legal definition of the purpose of national internal affairs bodies and the principles of their activities in sphere of protection of the state sovereignty of the country.
