Social uncertainty as a source delinquency in the youth environment. The ways, leading youth to commission of crime are considered in the article, comes to light dependences between a crime rate of youth and such characteristics of region, as prevalence unhappy and incomplete families; high concentration of condemning persons, and also alcoholics, mentally disturbed the expert estimation of dynamics youth and adolescent are given. Criminality, widespread kinds of rights-infringements made by youth are revealed.
