Social conditioning of criminalization of intentional destruction or damage, as well as illegal extraction, collection and circulation of especially valuable plants and mushrooms belonging to species listed in the Red Book of the Russian Federation and (or) protected by international treaties of the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to the analysis of the social determinacy of criminalization of illegal acts in relation to especially valuable plants and mushrooms. The ecological, economic, cultural, international, socio-psychological, and other factors are considered, justifying the need for the existence of a criminal-legal prohibition of committing illegal acts in relation to especially valuable plants and mushrooms.
