Social conditioning of violent crime by minors in modern Russia

The article presents the results of the study of the problem of social determination of juvenile violent crime. The secondary importance of psychological, pedagogical and some other factors, often designated in the relevant scientific literature as the main causes of juvenile violence, is substantiated. The predominant role of social conditions in the genesis of violent actions of persons under the age of majority is revealed.
