The article examines the growing importance of corporate social responsibility as a key aspect of business in Russia. Against the backdrop of changing consumer preferences and increasing competitive pressure, companies are beginning to realize the need to integrate socially responsible practices into their activities. The article analyzes the influence of modern legislative initiatives and public expectations on the formation of approaches to corporate social responsibility among Russian enterprises. It also examines specific examples of the implementation of social responsibility, including environmental sustainability, personnel development and support for local communities. The article emphasizes that companies that actively implement the principles of social responsibility not only improve their image, but also achieve high financial results, thereby creating a sustainable business model that meets the requirements of modern society.
