This article is devoted to the study of the specifics of small and medium-sized organizations in the field of social responsibility of business. On the basis of research of various scientific positions the definition of social responsibility of the enterprises is allocated. Also the signs of social responsibility of business are revealed. According to the results of the analysis, the author identifies the main problems of the implementation of social responsibility of small and medium-sized businesses in modern conditions.
