Social responsibility of educational organizations in the knowledge economy

The article deals with the conditions for creating the knowledge management system and its functioning on the basis of mutual efforts made by the main participants of the triad social relations «state - business - universities». The essence of the social responsibility of government, business and higher education institution under the conditions of the industrial economy transformation into the knowledge economy is revealed.
