The article discusses the social responsibility of business that is conducive to social interaction between different segments of the population. It is based on the best traditions of Russian pre-revolutionary entrepreneurs. But today, the mechanism of cooperation between the state, business and society is in the stage of institutionalization. The task of social responsibility is not only to improve the welfare of the population, but also to refuse the idea of chrematistics, which will increase the economic potential of the country.
