Social support for disabled persons in Moscow

In the article there describes a system of social support for disabled persons in the city of Moscow. It is shown the essence of equal opportunities for the realization of equal rights, irrespective of the level of physical health or intellectual development. Analyzed two subsystems of social support: social payments and social services. Considered contradictions quality of life of disabled persons working and retirement age.
