The social policy of the modern Russian state: conceptual debates and functioning problems

The article analyzes the modern welfare state in the context of priorities of the state authorities of the Russian Federation. The author reviews the new conceptions of the social policy in the national political science. It is emphasized, that the modern dialogue between the state and the civil society is certainly carried out in the framework of the social policy focusing on the strengthening of the middle class, support of different population groups, including young people and others.
