Social rehabilitation of children in conflict with the law (committed offenses and crimes)

The article presents an analysis of the mechanism and features of the social rehabilitation of children in conflict with the law (committed offenses and crimes), prevention of child neglect and homelessness, juvenile delinquency, including repeated. The urgency of the stated problem is due to the fact that the economic and socio-cultural changes taking place in our country, crisis phenomena in politics and the economy have a profound effect on all spheres of social life in Russian society. These phenomena have an adverse affect on children, adolescents and youth, and have negative influence on their personal development. Current situation of child and adolescent development, which is distinguished by social anomie (the disappearance / erosion of one value system of society when another is not formed), a value intergenerational gap, high social uncertainty, and "social fluidity" of society, creates the conditions that will expand the field of immature identity and increase its potential negative formation, increasing the scale of antisocial behavior. Thus, it is necessary to improve the system for the prevention of antisocial and unlawful behavior of adolescents and the rehabilitation of juvenile offenders.
