Social sphere of Chelyabinsk: changes in health care service (the first half of the 1980s)

Evolution of the sphere of health care service in the period from 1980 till 1985 is shown in the article. The author characterizes the problems, taking pace during the construction of the objects of healthcare, problems of availability of medical personnel. Also the questions of health care of women and children, the activity of medical and preventive establishments and patients relation to the system of healthcare in general, are covered in the article.
