The social justice as the main condition of overcoming the negative oppositeness between person and society and saving of their wholeness

In the article the subject of investigation is one of the most important categories of social philosophy - the term «social justice», whose requirements impact on the entire system of social values in society. Social justice is interpreted by the author as a real embodiment of the principles of social organization aimed at strengthening of social cohesion (proportional distribution of social benefits and others.) and preventing the emergence of negative opposition and antagonistic contradictions. The author identifies and classifies (by fields of life of a person), a set of criteria for the evaluation of social justice in relation to society and an individual. The decisive role in this complex plays the state-legal, the social and moral, the financial and labor criteria. The author notes weakening of the state's role in regulating of relations between individual and society in the Russia. The first of all the author connects this with the processes of economic stratification of the before united «the Soviet society» and the sharp polarization of income, increased poverty. The overcoming of antagonistic contradictions, and strengthen the social opposition is seen in the transition of the Russian society to the real (not declarative) democratic forms of governance based on the principles of justice and legal equality, which should be based, above all, spiritual and moral education and the creation of a new system of humanistic social values.
