Social insurance protection of labor at the Siberian productions: social and economic approach

The paper discusses the organization of social insurance coverage of the population employed in the industries of Siberia. The scheme of transformation of financial flows between all participants in the mandatory social insurance at the enterprises is studied. A rating of Siberian territories, based on the maximum amount of insurance premiums for compulsory social insurance of enterprises, was compiled. For each type of economic activity, the author calculated the proportion of workers in the economically active population of Siberia employed in harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions. The dynamics of the number of injured in accidents at the facilities of the Siberian Federal District is shown. “Dysfunctional” regions with the maximum number of victims of industrial accidents were identified. The main areas of financing professional risks of production workers are identified. The structure of the spent funds of the Social Insurance Fund for occupational risks in the industries of Siberia is presented.
