Social protection of judges as a means of ensuring the principle of independence

The article examines the main types of social guarantees for judges as a means of ensuring the principle of independence. The characteristic features of the most important social guarantees that ensure the creation of conditions for the implementation of justice by judges are analyzed. The purpose of this article is to identify the problems of guaranteeing social protection through the prism of the independence of judges.
