Social protection of judges in the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the institution of social protection of judges in the Russian Federation, its specificity, terminological rationale and practical significance for the judicial system of the Russian Federation, also analyzes the judicial reform that implements the principle of separation of powers, which entailed the formation of an independent judiciary on the territory of our state. This influenced the development of scientific interest in research in the field of guarantees established at the legislative level in order to expand the level of trust of the population, in particular, representatives of the professional judicial community in the social sphere and the functioning of the mechanism of action of the rule of law and the activities of judges to administer justice based on constitutional principles, namely, on the principles of independence, irremovability and immunity of judges, established by the current legislation.
