Social significance of formation of motivation to the development of general cultural competences in students of bachelors of technical university

The article analyzes the problem of the development of general cultural competencies among students of bachelor of technical universities. With the help of empirical research, the author reveals the level of possession of general cultural competencies and offers a way to form the motivation for general cultural development.
