Socio-demographic issues of monitoring the population health care system in Russia

The current policy in the sphere of health care significantly depends on the amount and quality of the medico-sanitary information. Further reduction in the prevalence of the "soviet" stereotypes of thinking at different levels of the Russian health care system, in the selective use of the available information and retouching of the data showing the negative processes that could be referred to inefficiency of the undertaken measures, will allow to raise the significance of the information potential of making the most effective decisions.
