The article explores the views of the famous Russian religious philosopher Nikolay Lossky, focusing mainly on the second period of his work, when he developed practical philosophy. Based on the analysis of his works written primarily in emigration, the author presents the general outlines of Lossky’s social philosophy and philosophy of law. The article introduces new sources from the Paris archives of Lossky.
