Social and philosophical connotations of the concept of spirituality

The article analyzes individual and social components of the concept of spirituality, spiritual growth of a person and society under the conditions of material-oriented development of modern civilization. Three basic components of spiritual development in the context of the negative impact of competitive confrontation and manipulative techniques have been emphasized.
